Nodira Khossivniva
Nodira Khoussainova is the CEO of Focused Space, and a second-time founder (previously Streamlit). Prior to entrepreneurship, she was a software engineer and tech lead of the experimentation team at Twitter, and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Washington. As the CEO of a remote company (and a new parent), Nodira understands the challenges of WFH: balancing productivity with wellbeing, and creating momentum within a distributed team. Her personal experience — combined with her passion for helping people do their best work — is what drives her to build tools and experiences for focus, excellence, and human connection.
